Salary Range: $85,000 - $125,000

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory levels to meet production demands.
Develop and implement comprehensive material planning strategies aligned with production schedules and sales forecasts.
Oversee the procurement and delivery of materials, ensuring timely arrival and adherence to quality standards.
Utilize and maintain ERP/MRP systems for accurate material tracking, planning, and reporting.
Collaborate with suppliers to foster strong relationships, negotiate terms, and resolve supply chain issues.
Lead, mentor, and develop the materials team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency.
Identify and implement cost‑saving initiatives related to material acquisition, storage, and handling.
Recommended Qualifications
5+ years of progressive experience in materials management, supply chain, or procurement within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory control, demand planning, and reporting.
Demonstrated experience in inventory optimization, supplier relationship management, and logistics.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with a proven ability to manage and develop a team.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Proficiency with advanced data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
PMP or other recognized Project Management certification.
Experience with advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software beyond standard ERP modules.
