Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and closure of manufacturing projects, including new product introductions and process improvements.
Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
Identify and mitigate project risks, including supply chain disruptions, quality issues, and production delays.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, production, quality, supply chain) to achieve project objectives.

Ensure all project deliverables adhere to quality standards, safety regulations, and manufacturing specifications.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing processes through project implementation.
Recommended Qualifications
PMP certification or equivalent experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Proven experience managing projects within a manufacturing environment (e.g., new product introduction, process improvement, facility expansion)
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production lines, and quality control systems
Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems relevant to manufacturing operations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex)
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
Proficiency with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Experience managing automation or robotics integration projects.
Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
