Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily production operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
Implement and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
Manage operational budgets, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

Drive strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience managing manufacturing operations, including production, logistics, and quality control.
Demonstrated success in implementing lean manufacturing principles or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on developing and motivating production staff.
Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems for production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
Solid financial acumen, including experience with budget management, cost control, and P&L responsibility.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Proficiency with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
Experience implementing automation or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
Multi‑site operational leadership experience.
