What You'll Do
Lead the Team:
Help and guide your team, ensuring everyone does their job well, and coach for improvement.
Customer Service:
Greet guests with a smile, take orders, and resolve any issues quickly.
Ensure Food Quality:
Monitor food to ensure it’s cooked correctly and looks appealing.
Maintain Operations:
Keep the restaurant clean and organized during your shift, and resolve problems; report major issues to the General Manager.
Physical Requirements:
Be on your feet up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds, including bending and twisting as needed.
Requirements
Experience in a fast‑food or restaurant job.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Food Handler Certification is a plus.
Physical ability to stand 8 hours, lift up to 50 pounds and bend/twist frequently.
