Essential Functions (Responsibilities)
Operational Excellence – ensure every order is perfect, customers are delighted, and the restaurant is clean, organized, and efficient.
Revenue Optimization – manage staffing, control costs, handle inventory, and uphold high standards of food safety while driving profitability.
Culture Keeper – set the tone for a vibrant, positive atmosphere where the team thrives and delivers top‑notch service.
Requirements
Experience: 2+ years as a Restaurant General Manager with a proven record of success.
Education: High school diploma preferred; leadership, passion, and drive are primary.
Skills: Lead & inspire, guest champion, results‑driven, and problem‑solving.
You will be expected to be on your feet for up to 10 hours without a break and lift up to 50 pounds when needed. You must be able to bend and twist frequently.
