$77,000 - $117,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
Develop and implement material planning strategies to support production schedules.
Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics to ensure efficient material flow.
Oversee supplier performance and relationships to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
Implement and maintain material management systems (e.g., ERP/MRP) for accurate tracking.
Identify and execute cost reduction opportunities related to materials and logistics.
Lead and develop the materials planning and inventory control teams.
Recommended Qualifications
5+ years of progressive experience in materials management, supply chain, or procurement leadership within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related engineering field.
Demonstrated proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory management, procurement, and production planning.
Proven expertise in inventory control, forecasting, and optimization methodologies (e.g., JIT, MRP II).
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with a track record of managing teams and supplier relationships.
Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.
Experience with advanced data analytics or business intelligence tools.
Demonstrated experience in international sourcing and global logistics.
Project management experience for ERP implementations or supply chain optimization initiatives.
