Salary Range:
$80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize inventory levels for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
Oversee procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective material acquisition.
Develop and implement material forecasting and planning strategies.
Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure seamless material flow and on-time delivery.
Negotiate with suppliers to achieve favorable terms, quality, and delivery performance.
Utilize and maintain MRP/ERP systems for accurate material planning and tracking.
Lead, mentor, and develop the materials management team.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, and procurement within a manufacturing environment.
Expertise in ERP/MRP systems for demand planning, inventory control, and production scheduling.
Strong track record in inventory optimization, forecasting, and implementing cost-reduction strategies.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate with suppliers, manage vendor relationships, and ensure material availability.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
Proficiency with advanced data analytics or Business Intelligence (BI) tools
Experience with international sourcing and logistics
