Establish and monitor manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality and financial goals are achieved. Oversee and participate in the recruitment, hiring, and training of manufacturing staff. Work to reduce and eliminate barriers to improve cost and scheduling performance, with emphasis on top-line growth and bottom-line execution. Demonstrate commitment to teamwork by establishing effective relationships and networks with managers, directors, and direct labor, collaborating to accomplish shared goals. Promote a positive working environment with emphasis on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement. Continue the lean journey by implementing transformational plans and maintaining disciplined sustainment. Act as a change agent while balancing historical knowledge and knowing when to push the organization. Establish objectives and actions to achieve company goals and objectives. Estimate risks and apply risk mitigation techniques. Select, develop, and evaluate employees to ensure efficient operation of the plant. Support new product introductions, drive throughput and efficiency improvements, and material cost reductions. What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering (or similar). Experience with managing a P&L in a high growth segment. 8-10 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry, with strong exposure to Lean Management, Documentation, and Kaizen activities. 3 years of managerial experience in a High Mix Low Volume Manufacturing setup or high-speed manufacturing. 3 years of experience in new product launches and/or phased gate processes. Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen Philosophy. Positive, proactive, and systematic problem solving. Trusted professional credibility, capable of working independently. Ability to work in a team under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable with analytical methods and process-focused thinking.
