The Obstetrics and Gynecology Department at Kelsey‑Seybold Clinic consists of specialists focused on women’s health. As a member of this team you will provide comprehensive gynecological care, pregnancy care, and reproductive services. Your responsibilities include prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of general health problems with a focus on female‑specific conditions such as breast and cervical cancer, urinary tract and pelvic disorders, and hormonal disorders. You will also manage childbirth, counseling and care throughout pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum periods, meeting the medical and surgical needs of women throughout their adult lives. We expect you to be a self‑aware, self‑motivated professional who displays empathy and high ethical standards. Your work will be evaluated on patient outcomes, patient satisfaction, and value‑based care commitments. Compensation is competitive and based on local labor markets, education, work experience, and performance. The base pay range is $278,500‑$484,500, with bonuses and equity options available. Benefits include a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution. Required Qualifications
Licensed in the State of Texas. Board Certified and/or Board Eligible. Graduate of an approved training program from an accredited medical school, residency, or fellowship program upon hire. Must have completed residency and be practicing, or be in residency when applying. Seniority level
