Other Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and advance an externally funded research program focused on mood‑ and anxiety‑related psychopathology. Publish high‑quality peer‑reviewed scientific articles and represent the department at national and international conferences. Mentor trainees across levels of academic development. Participate in division, department, college, and university committees and initiatives. Contribute to the development and delivery of clinical, educational, and research programs in the Mood and Anxiety Program. Qualifications
Advanced degree (M.D., Ph.D., or dual Ph.D./M.D.) with specialization in Psychiatry or Clinical Psychology from an accredited program. Strong record of external research funding, or high potential for external funding for junior applicants. Expertise in randomized clinical trial designs, neuromodulation, interventional psychiatry, or personalized treatment approaches is highly encouraged. Evidence of successful mentorship of trainees and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Clinical licensure (MD or Ph.D.) is expected if consistent with your degree; candidates with substantive research programs but without clinical training may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis.
