Position Summary
The 340B Compliance Analyst is responsible for 340B compliance, program integrity, and financial optimization of the program within the ECU Health covered entity(ies) participating in the 340B Drug Discount Program. The analyst will conduct program reviews and coordination, maintain software systems, provide support for daily operations to ensure compliant 340B practices, and complete other projects as assigned by the Pharmacy 340B Compliance Manager. The analyst works alongside other 340B Team members to complete, validate, and document audits related to program compliance, and ensures continuous alignment between covered entity operations, policy, and audit readiness. The role requires excellent customer service relations with individuals, committees, and stakeholders in the 340B Program. This position reports to the Pharmacy 340B Compliance Manager.
Minimum Requirements
Associate's degree or higher (2-year) required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, IT/Analytics, Pharmacy, or a related field preferred.
3‑5 years of experience in pharmacy, accounting, data analysis, auditing, or a strong financial reporting background.
Proficiency in Excel and Access, strong organizational and analytical skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
340B University Certificate (Live/On Demand) required (upon hire); 340B Advanced Operations Certificate preferred.
