This position will be on‑site in our Dallas, TX office. About the Opportunity
As part of the Transformation team, you will be the Director of Value Creation & Integration, playing a critical role in driving post‑acquisition integration, synergy realization, and enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives. Reporting directly to the Chief Transformation Officer, you will partner with cross‑functional leaders to align initiatives with strategic objectives, track financial impact, and embed scalable transformation processes across the organization. Responsibilities
Lead integration planning and execution for newly acquired businesses, ensuring alignment across all functions while safeguarding business continuity and cultural integration. Translate value creation levers into actionable workstreams with defined KPIs, accountability owners, and measurable financial outcomes. Establish and manage a Transformation Program Management framework (TPMO) to track initiative health, milestone progress, and risk mitigation. Develop standardized playbooks, dashboards, and reporting cadences to enhance transparency and execution discipline. Partner with Finance and functional leadership to validate the financial impact from transformation initiatives, cost synergies, operational efficiencies, and sales expansion. Facilitate executive steering sessions and communicate integration progress and value creation performance to the CEO, Chief Transformation Officer, and executive leadership team. Champion change management and communication efforts to ensure alignment and adoption across all stakeholders. Identify and institutionalize continuous improvement opportunities and lessons learned to enhance future integrations. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field required; MBA, PMP, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma certification preferred. 5–8 years of experience in post‑merger integration, value creation, or transformation leadership within a healthcare, technology, or private‑equity‑backed company. Proven success designing and executing integration playbooks and cross‑functional transformation initiatives. Strong financial acumen with the ability to connect operational outcomes to P&L and operational metrics. Excellent communication and influencing skills with demonstrated ability to partner across all organizational levels, including C‑suite executives. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strategic portfolio/project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, or Appito. Strong analytical mindset, operational rigor, and hands‑on approach in fast‑paced environments. Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience supporting large‑scale integrations or transformation programs in healthcare payment integrity, analytics, or AI‑enabled services. Familiarity with corporate development and post‑merger integration (PMI) frameworks. Working knowledge of change management principles and organizational design. Experience with KPI design, transformation dashboards, or enterprise portfolio management tools. Pay and Benefits
Base Salary: $130,000–$150,000 USD. This is an exempt position. Compensation will be determined based on skill set, years of experience, and geographic location.
