About the Opportunity As part of the Finance team, you will work closely with the VP, Strategic Initiatives to manage key strategic initiatives for Machinify.
What You'll Do
Strategic Planning and Execution
Manage the global engagement program focusing primarily on India and the Philippines.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement operational strategies that support global business objectives, enhance productivity and drive growth.
Evaluate and identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance organizational efficiency.
Lead regular strategy reviews to track progress, analyze gaps and adjust strategies as needed.
Oversee the implementation of change management processes to facilitate effective alignment between cross‑functional groups.
Program Leadership
Manage end‑to‑end delivery of strategic programs to ensure scope, timelines, investment and resources meet baseline standards.
Drive accountability across teams, providing clear communication on program milestones, expectations and performance.
Team Development
Influence high‑performing teams and build a culture of collaboration, inclusivity and innovation.
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies that can be leveraged within the team.
Stakeholder Management
Ensure transparent and timely communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights on key initiatives and performance metrics.
Continuous Improvement and Data Analysis
Use data‑driven insights to recommend and implement improvements to current operations and strategic processes.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to ensure ongoing effectiveness of programs.
Travel: 50% domestic and international travel to India, Philippines, Florida, Kentucky, and Dallas.
What Experience You Bring
5–7 years of project management and/or leading organizational change initiatives.
Knowledge of Healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management industries.
Exposure to global workforce dynamics.
Experience working within cross‑functional teams and resolving complex barriers to project completion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Discreet facilitator and problem solver with tolerance for ambiguity.
Autonomous self‑starter with intellectual confidence, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
High initiative, creativity, and innovative thinking.
Bachelor’s degree.
CAPM, Lean, or PMP certification (preferred) or equivalent program management experience.
Payment integrity experience is a plus.

Pay range $153,600 – $170,000 USD base salary with up to 20% annual performance bonus potential.
