The Role We need you to help us grow from 0-1 building experience to 1-n. We have a team of awesome engineers and a product that sells itself, and we’re looking to add engineering leadership to balance delivering value, scaling, and growing our engineers.
What You’ll Do
The role is all about balancing: priorities, structure and speed, choosing the right solution—short‑term fix vs more durable.
The role is all about saying yes: speed, crazy ideas, team bonding, coding one day, helping your IC through heartbreak the next.
The role is also about saying no: protecting engineers from never‑ending requests.
You Might Be a Fit If You
Technical enough to understand trade‑offs of building a scalable platform.
An excellent engineer that quickly gains confidence and technical trust from those around them.
