Lead Product Manager

to take full ownership of product at an ambitious, AI-native fintech based in San Francisco.

This role is ideal for someone who wants real responsibility: setting product direction, shaping how product is built, and building systems that fundamentally change how finance teams work. You’ll operate at the intersection of customers, engineering, and leadership - with the autonomy to move fast and make meaningful decisions.

What you’ll work on

Spend significant time with customers to understand real world workflows, constraints, and pain points

Turn customer insights into product direction, clear priorities, and shipped features

Own and evolve the product roadmap, balancing speed, quality, and long-term vision

Work closely with engineering and design to take ideas from concept to production rapidly

Put in place pragmatic product practices that scale without slowing the team down

Partner with leadership on go-to-market decisions, pricing, and positioning

Define success metrics, review performance, and iterate quickly based on learnings

What we’re looking for

A strong bias toward action - you’re comfortable shipping quickly and learning in production

4+ years of experience in product management, ideally in fast-moving startup environments

Experience building complex, customer-facing products with meaningful technical depth

Comfort owning outcomes end-to-end, not just writing specs

Ability to communicate clearly with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders

Someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys creating structure where none exists

Why this role

Full ownership of product at a growing, well-funded AI-native fintech

Highly collaborative, in-person culture with the entire team based in San Francisco
