Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Proficiency with specific manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and manufacturing automation.
Experience in Agile methodologies or related certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe).
