Key Responsibilities

Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience leading and developing engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.
Strong technical expertise in manufacturing processes, automation, and industrial engineering principles.
Demonstrated success in managing complex engineering projects from concept to completion.
Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interface effectively across all levels of an organization.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, robotics, IIoT).
Demonstrated success in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in capital expenditure justification and ROI analysis for manufacturing projects.
