The building is home to a variety of amenities, including restaurants, a fitness center, and collaborative workspaces, creating a vibrant and dynamic work environment in one of Chicago's most iconic areas.**Role Overview** * Driving the risk management framework implementation and ongoing maintenance within the U.S.* Collaborating closely with the business as well as other control function leaders to ensure an integrated three lines of defense* Acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives, shaping risk strategy, and embedding risk management principles into business planning and operational execution* Preparing and presenting regular risk dashboards, reports, and insights to senior management, advising on emerging trends and issues* Maintaining knowledge of current and emerging best practices, including regulatory expectations, for risk management* Collaborating with the business to develop meaningful key performance indicators and key risk indicators, enabling data-driven risk management and performance optimization* Fostering a culture of risk awareness and proactive risk management throughout the organization* 10+ years of progressive experience in risk management* Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, risk management, or related field; advanced degree preferred* Deep knowledge of risk management principles and practices* Risk management experience in a Systemically Important Financial Institution or Systemically Important Financial Market Utility* Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data to identify actionable insights* Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to concisely convey complex risk framework components to diverse audiencesWithin the range, individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
