About the Role

This role emphasizes a commitment to quality, patient safety, and value-based clinical care. As a pivotal member of our executive team, you will shape the vision for improving clinical outcomes, resource utilization, and patient-centered care. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing robust quality and safety programs, managing clinical practice protocols, and ensuring the delivery of evidence-based care.
You will support the medical staff in self-governance while fostering accountability for patient care quality and safety. Our ideal candidate will be board-certified in their medical specialty, possess a minimum of 5 years' experience as a general practitioner, and demonstrate strong physician leadership skills, particularly in an acute care setting. A proven track record in clinical process improvement and quality management is essential. Candidates should have over 8 years of clinical practice experience, excellent strategic planning acumen, and strong interpersonal skills.
The position requires a graduate of an accredited medical school with an M.D. or D.O. degree, current medical licensure, and significant management training. Additional credentials such as MBS, MPH, or MHSA are preferred. We seek a change agent and champion for a culture of quality and safety, working closely with the medical team to enhance physician satisfaction and uphold the highest standards of patient care.
