We’re looking for a high-caliber Recruiter to join a fast-growing global tech company for an initial 4-month contract (with potential to extend) . You’ll take ownership of full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles — from technical (Platform, Data, AI, Android, SDET, SDM) to GTM and G&A (PMMs, AEs, FP&A, PR, CSM) — while partnering closely with hiring managers across the U.S., EMEA, UK, and Spain. This is a hands-on, strategic recruiting role — perfect for someone who thrives in high-bar environments, knows how to “talk shop” with engineers and product teams, and can coach leaders through thoughtful hiring decisions. What You’ll Do: Own end-to-end recruiting for technical and business roles Partner with leaders to advise on hiring strategy, market insights, and process improvements Leverage tools like Ashby, Metaview, Notion, Juicebox, Pin.com , and LinkedIn Recruiter Represent the company onsite in Seattle — especially during University recruiting season — to host candidates and champion the employer brand What You Bring: ✅ 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (technical + non-technical) ✅ Proven success hiring globally (U.S., EMEA, UK, Spain) ✅ Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills ✅ Ability to operate autonomously in a high-growth, high-expectation environment Duration: 4-Month Minimum (extension possible) Location: Seattle, WA / Hybrid 1-2 days onsite #J-18808-Ljbffr
