Crush your targets: hit daily, weekly, and monthly activity metrics—and drive gross profit and revenue through purposeful hustle. Relationship-first recruiting: cultivate provider loyalty and trust; serve as their go-to contact for current and future placements. Match with precision: vet candidates deeply—align personalities, competencies, and expectations to client needs and organizational culture. Communicate with clarity: share assignment details, compensation, and expectations clearly—and follow up post-placement to ensure seamless transitions and satisfaction. Double as a growth catalyst: convert hot providers into leads for business development, and collaborate closely with BD teams to expand opportunities. Referral engine: leverage your network to tap into new candidate opportunities—turn every interaction into momentum. Cross-functional hustle: collaborate fluidly across all departments to resolve provider needs, drive seamless operations, and deliver unmatched service. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred. Proficiency with MS Office and basic internet/email tools. One year of phone sales experience required.
