What you’ll be doing: In this role as a Project Manager, you will join a dynamic team responsible for ***’s Small Cell network in Northern California and Nevada. Your daily tasks include project management, milestone tracking, due diligence, escalating issues with recommendations, and managing purchase orders and project budgets.
What we’re looking for... You are well-versed in telecommunications project management and Small Cells, thriving under tight deadlines. You are a team player and can collaborate across teams (including RF, implementation/construction, network operations, fiber, and legal) to achieve organizational and program goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop project tracking tools and systems to document milestone completions, issues, jeopardies, and project completion.
Deliver executive-level reports, presentations, and communications.
Provide management with project status updates, feedback, and reports on key objectives.
Understand and communicate telecommunication policies to third-party vendors.
Identify, analyze, and resolve issues to meet deadlines and reporting requirements.
Escalate network or site-critical issues to the Network leadership team promptly.
Review and manage financial invoicing for vendor services.
Complete FUZE tasks as required.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or at least five years of relevant work experience.
Proven ability to manage vendors and projects effectively.
Track record of achieving goals.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience with project tracking software tools.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with relational and web-based database applications.
Even better if you have:
Experience specific to ***.
Experience creating dashboards and reports with Tableau.
