Responsibilities:
Responsible for Continuous improvement activities and projects to improve efficiency, quality and cost
Provide concept for Fixture/Jigs design implemented into production in reducing routing time
Develop and maintain manufacturing processes, tools and shop floor tracking
In charge of production by complying with quality requirement and meeting production schedule
Requirements:
Minimum Degree in Electronics Engineering
At least 3 years related work experience in High Mix, Low Volume manufacturing
Experience in SAP, MATLAB and Statistics Process Control is an added advantage
Good interpersonal and communication skills
