Lead Engineer (Materials Testing & Failure Analysis/MNC/East)

Responsibilities: Lead testing operations across Metallurgy, Mechanical Testing, and Chemistry departments. Review and approve test reports, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance. Conduct metallurgical failure analysis and deliver high-quality reports. Collaborate with customers to define testing scope and ensure satisfaction. Drive continuous improvements in testing efficiency and laboratory workflows. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Materials Science or Materials Engineering. At least 10 years of experience in materials testing and failure analysis. Strong technical knowledge in materials engineering and testing methodologies.
