What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Intake and coordinate staffing requirements with business leaders for client engagements - Manage project staffing by understanding project requirements and employee skillsets - Build strong relationships with employees to align staffing opportunities with their skills and preferences - Prepare and distribute utilization and forecasting analyses on a regular basis - Collaborate with the Procurement team to coordinate staffing needs for contingent workers

What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 2 years of experience in resource management, HR, talent acquisition, or staffing - High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with PowerBI, Visio, Smartsheets, and SharePoint - Familiarity with Workday - Demonstrated ability to learn and master new systems quickly - Interest in a dynamic working environment with flexibility in managing priorities - Knowledge of professional services experience
