What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Serve as the strategic partner and primary point of contact for enterprise customers - Lead technical discovery and intake calls, understanding customer architectures and cloud stacks - Guide customers through implementation and optimization of solutions - Manage executive relationships and influence stakeholders to adopt recommendations - Identify and pursue expansion opportunities in collaboration with sales teams
What is Required (Qualifications): - 8+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or related technical client-facing roles - Strong understanding of web applications, cloud infrastructure, and modern development stacks (HTML, JavaScript, APIs) - Ability to confidently lead technical conversations and troubleshoot issues - Excellent communication, relationship management, and consultative skills - Background in SaaS, cybersecurity, or financial services is a strong plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or its equivalent - Experience in customer-facing cybersecurity roles
