Director/Manager of Marketing
Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. The Director of Marketing is a strategic leader who drives revenue growth by developing and executing effective marketing strategies and ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Business Proposals & Presentations (RFPs & RFQs)
Lead end-to-end proposal management: Manage proposal processes from analyzing solicitation requirements to coordinating team tasks, ensuring timely, high-quality submissions.
Create visually compelling materials: Utilize Adobe InDesign (required), Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint(required) to develop well-designed proposals and presentations that align with brand standards.
Maintain marketing and compliance standards: Source, edit, and format persuasive content, manage marketing assets, and ensure all submissions comply with company branding and solicitation requirements.
Internal Company Newsletter:
Develop a company internal newsletter, create all graphics, pay layouts, assist with content, and other related tasks to send out twice a year, both digitally and hard copies. Presentation Materials : Prepare Presentation Materials, both hard copies and PowerPoint type presentations for internal and external meetings. Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals, including branding, product positioning, and market penetration. Team Leadership:
Manage external vendors, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective collaboration. Campaign Management:
Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, traditional, and social media. Including, but not limited to: Annual External Newsletters Marketing Sector Campaigns Performance Measurement:
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with various departments to ensure alignment and integrated marketing efforts. Brand Management:
Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity and ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels. Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing marketing performance, key insights, and recommendations. Skills and Qualifications: Strategic Thinking:

Creating the overall layout and design for various media, including websites, print materials, and other applications. Software Proficiency:
Utilizing design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and tools to create and refine designs. Revision and Refinement:
Incorporating feedback from leadership and making necessary revisions to final designs. Quality Assurance:
Reviewing designs for errors before printing or publishing and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. Collaboration:
Working with external vendors to ensure a cohesive and effective design. Skills & Qualifications: Strong Visual Skills:
A keen eye for aesthetics, color theory, typography, and layout principles. Proficiency in Design Software:
