Director / Manager of Marketing responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Key Job Responsibilities:
Business Proposals & Presentations (RFPs & RFQs):
Lead end-to-end proposal management: manage proposal processes from analyzing solicitation requirements to coordinating team tasks, ensuring timely, high-quality submissions. Create visually compelling materials: utilize Adobe InDesign (required), Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint (required) to develop well-designed proposals and presentations that align with brand standards. Maintain marketing and compliance standards: source, edit, and format persuasive content, manage marketing assets, and ensure all submissions comply with company branding and solicitation requirements. Internal Company Newsletter:
Develop a company internal newsletter, create all graphics, pay layouts, assist with content, and other related tasks to send out twice a year, both digitally and in hard copies. Presentation Materials:
Prepare presentation materials, both hard copies and PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings. Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals, including branding, product positioning, and market penetration. Team Leadership:
Manage external vendors, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure effective collaboration. Campaign Management:
Oversee planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and social media channels, including annual external newsletters, marketing sector campaigns, and performance measurement through KPIs. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with various departments to ensure alignment and integrated marketing efforts. Brand Management:
Oversee development and maintenance of the company's brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing marketing performance, insights, and recommendations. Skills and Qualifications:
