Executive Summary The Team Leader at Chick-fil-A Bastrop is our most influential leadership position in the restaurant. As the day-to-day point of contact during a shift, you will be responsible for ensuring that our team members are positioned to achieve our goals and fulfil our vision. You will directly serve Hospitality Operations and Hospitality Team Members. II. Role & Responsibilities Care for Guest Carry out Winning Hearts Everyday Strategy Genuine Hospitality Fast & Accurate Service Clean & Safe Environment Great Food Respond to all guest complaints with HEARD model Care for Team Coach Team Members on a daily basis Run efficient shifts (Run breaks, create setups, etc.) Carry out Team Member C.A.R.E. System (Celebrate, Appreciate, Recognize, Engage) Hold Team Members Accountable for policy violations Care for Business Execute all VSBL systems Champion restaurant mission, vision and goals Oversee and execute Cash Management System Care for Self Demonstrate a "growth mindset" and develop your leadership abilities Care for yourself mentally, physically and spiritually (if desired) III. Key Measurables Labor % > 21% Cash over/short > $80/month OSAT > 79% (CEM Scorecard) Quarterly QIV Score = 96+ IV. Schedule Details You will work an average of 40 hours a week operationally in your dedicated shift (5:30AM

2:30PM or 2:00PM-11:00PM). V. Direct Reports You will work with the other Team Leaders to directly oversee Team Members. You will directly report to the Executive Team Leader of Hospitality Care.
