Lead with humility, confidence, and a heart for service Take initiative and consistently follow through with high standards Maintain a positive attitude, even when things get tough Stay calm, professional, and emotionally aware under pressure Enjoy mentoring and supporting others in their growth Excel in fast-moving, high-energy environments Communicate with clarity and respect across all levels of the team Know how to strike the right balance between caring for people and driving results Qualifications: 18 years or older Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus Open to a flexible schedule including mid day and evenings, and Saturdays (12:00pm-10:00pm) Physically able to lift 1065 lbs and stand for long periods Authorized to work in the United States Familiarity with restaurant operations is a bonus This job posting is for an opportunity at a Chick-fil-A Restaurant business independently owned and operated by a local franchised Operator.
