Position Overview The manager will be responsible for managing the store and upholding the company’s standards and reputation. The assistant manager will ensure the store operates efficiently, delivers excellent customer service, maximizes financial returns, and fosters a positive environment for employees. Qualifications Attributes for Success: Clear, professional, and effective communication skills Team-building skills including empathy, rapport-building, delegation, and empowerment Effective time management and ability to work independently Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Ability to conduct sales and resource forecasting Familiarity with POS systems like MICROS Knowledge of restaurant or retail management techniques Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED required Associate or higher degree preferred At least two years of managerial or supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail or restaurant environment Working Conditions: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally Ability to travel across various locations nationwide
