Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Product Marketing Associate for their San Bruno, CA/Hybrid location.

Responsibilities: Rapidly and independently design and develop high-quality, tailored pitch decks for strategic commercial opportunities across Client portfolio. Synthesize complex information about Client technical solutions, capabilities, and strategic data assets into clear, compelling narratives for a sophisticated B2B healthcare audience. Collaborate closely with product marketing, sales, and product management teams to understand client needs, gather inputs, and ensure presentations are accurate, impactful, and aligned with the go-to-market strategy. Contribute to broader product marketing initiatives, including developing marketing collateral (like one-pagers or case studies) and conducting strategic analyses on market trends and competitor performance. Based on market and commercial feedback, recommend claims and positioning that strengthen our market position. Ensure all materials are consistent with Client brand and product messaging, adapting content for target audiences such as pharmaceutical companies, life science organizations, health systems, payers, and data generators.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, product marketing, or a related role. Demonstrated experience creating high-impact, narrative-driven presentations for senior or executive-level audiences. A roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and ability to navigate an evolving and fast-paced environment. Experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm or in a product marketing role at a healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industry. Ability to quickly learn and synthesize highly complex technical and scientific concepts into simple, powerful stories. Exceptional creative and methodical problem-solving skills. A meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of visual design for producing polished, client-ready materials. Ability to work effectively and influence across functions. Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to thrive in a swiftly changing environment.
