The Product Marketing team is a critical link between our products and the market, responsible for crafting the strategies and narratives that drive awareness and adoption of solutions.

Description seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing Associate to join our team, either in our San Bruno or Dallas office. This role is ideal for a creative and analytical individual, likely with a background in strategy consulting, who excels at translating complex concepts into compelling stories, slides, and presentation materials.

Your primary responsibility will be to create high-priority, tailored pitch decks for strategic opportunities with new clients across our entire portfolio, from life sciences to provider and payer solutions. You will collaborate with product marketers, sales teams, and product managers to synthesize information about portfolio into clear and persuasive narratives that resonate with varied audiences and personas. Experience building materials and narratives for executive C-level and clinical (researcher and ClinOps) audiences is strongly beneficial.

As an extended member of the Research Solutions team, you may also help position our research products for the market. Projects may include strategic analyses of market trends and competitive landscapes, developing other downstream marketing collateral (e.g. case studies or one-pagers), or recommending market-facing claims to best differentiate our current and future research solutions and features. This position reports to the Product Marketing Lead for Research Solutions.

Responsibilities Rapidly and independently design and develop high-quality, tailored pitch decks for strategic commercial opportunities across portfolio. Synthesize complex information about technical solutions, capabilities, and strategic data assets into clear, compelling narratives for a sophisticated B2B healthcare audience. Collaborate closely with product marketing, sales, and product management teams to understand client needs, gather input, and ensure presentations are accurate, impactful, and aligned with the go-to-market strategy. Contribute to broader product marketing initiatives, including developing marketing collateral (like one-pagers or case studies) and conducting strategic analyses on market trends and competitor performance. Based on market and commercial feedback, recommend claims and positioning that strengthen our market position.

Ensure all materials are consistent with ***’s brand and product messaging, adapting content for target audiences such as pharmaceutical companies, life science organizations, health systems, payers, and data generators.

Qualifications Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree

2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, product marketing, or a related role. Demonstrated experience creating high-impact, narrative-driven presentations for senior or executive-level audiences. A roll-up-your-sleeved attitude and ability to navigate an evolving and fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm or in a product marketing role at a healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industry. Ability to quickly learn and synthesize highly complex technical and scientific concepts into simple, powerful stories. Exceptional creative and methodical problem-solving skills. A meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of visual design for producing polished, client-ready materials. Ability to work effectively and influence across functions. Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to thrive in a swiftly changing environment.
