Compensation:

Multimedia Account Executive
to develop and manage business across
television, digital, and streaming platforms . This is a

WBAL-TV's powerful platforms - TV, digital, and streaming. Prospect, pitch, and close new business opportunities. Develop strategic
partnerships with local businesses and national advertisers . Sell high-profile programming like
Sunday Night Football, The Olympics, and major sports franchises . Manage and grow an active client portfolio. Achieve individual revenue goals while collaborating with a
dynamic, high-energy team . What We're Looking For: 3+ years of media sales experience preferred
(TV, radio, digital, or related industry). Proven ability to
develop new business
and sell to local business owners. Strong
negotiation skills and consultative sales approach . Experience in a
goal-driven, competitive environment . Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
and familiarity with sales software (Wide Orbit, Wide Orbit Media Sales, or similar programs a plus). Ability to analyze market research and
position clients for success . Valid driver's license
and a clean driving record. Related
