This is an opportunity for a digital ads expert to drive growth, manage impactful campaigns, and contribute to Parento’s success in a dynamic market. If you are passionate about data-driven innovation and making a tangible impact, this role is ideal. Key Responsibilities
Develop, monitor, and optimize digital campaigns for paid search (Google Ads) and paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), including landing pages, ad creatives, and email sequences. Collaborate with marketing to craft compelling ad copy and creative assets. Own campaign pacing, reporting, and performance metrics, setting clear, measurable goals with marketing and sales. Regularly assess campaign health, performing optimizations to improve CTR, reduce CPA, and increase ROAS or other goals. Understand the B2B sales cycle and experience in scaling customer acquisition. Identify trends and opportunities to maximize reach across platforms. Conduct A/B testing and experiments to enhance ad creative, landing pages, and overall campaign effectiveness. Propose new ideas for B2B growth. Evaluate and adopt new marketing tools and technologies. Requirements
5+ years in paid digital marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing (B2B preferred). Expertise in Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn ads, and analytics tools. Strong analytical skills to make real-time decisions, spot trends, and recommend actions. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects. Collaborative mindset and eagerness to work across teams. Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year + equity. Seniority level
