Looking for motivated people. Starting pay is $14.25/hr plus tips with no experience required. All shifts available. QSR restaurant experience will yield higher pay depending on prior work experience and completed online training courses. All of our crew members are wearing single use gloves which are changed frequently to ensure guest and employee safety. We are constantly thinking of new ways with Managers and Team Members to make the environment more fun. This Dunkin' Donuts restaurant is independently owned and operated under a franchise granted by DD Franchising LLC. Crew Members play a vital role in delivering great guest experiences. They prepare products according to operational and quality standards, and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean environment. They work as part of a team to meet our guests' needs and give them a reason to come back. Responsibilities include: Holding themselves accountable for their responsibilities on their shift. Adhering to schedule and arriving ready to work on time. Meeting our C.A.R.E. level of service for guest satisfaction. Adhering to brand standards and systems, delivering quality food and beverage to each guest. Maintaining a clean and neat workstation; completing thorough cleaning of guest areas as directed. Completing all required training and supporting the training of other team members. Effectively executing restaurant standards and marketing initiatives. Preparing all products following appropriate recipes and procedures. Following all procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security. Complying with all restaurant, brand, and franchisee policies. Qualifications: Must be able to fluently speak/read English. Capable of counting money and making change. Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply). Guest Focus
