Responsibilities include: Overseeing all clinical and patient care activities Mentoring associate veterinarians and support staff Driving medical quality and implementing best practices Collaborating with leadership to achieve operational goals Strengthening the clinic’s reputation through community engagement Qualifications
DVM or equivalent; licensed to practice in New York 3+ years of clinical experience Prior leadership or management experience strongly preferred Strong communication and leadership abilities Passion for mentorship, client education, and continuous improvement
