Key Responsibilities
Lead operations, supply chain, logistics, and vendor setup from the ground up.
Oversee store buildout, pre‑opening planning, and in‑store execution.

Key Requirements
Strong background in natural/organic retail, grocery, and fresh/perishables operations.
Experience launching stores or building operational frameworks in fast‑moving environments.
Startup‑minded, hands‑on leader able to operate onsite in Miami.
