2nd Shift:
Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
3rd Shift:
Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
4th Shift:
Friday – Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled
Maintenance Electronic Technician
to support electrical and electronic maintenance operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. The successful candidate will have advanced experience with PLCs, troubleshooting electrical systems, and ensuring maximum machine uptime. This role includes both hands-on maintenance work and mentoring responsibilities.
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial electrical, electronics, computer, and PLC maintenance
Proven competency with
Allen‑Bradley PLCs
(PLC 5000, PanelView, and SLC 500)
Demonstrated skills with
Microsoft Windows
and
Link press control systems
Ability to troubleshoot and repair both electrical and mechanical systems
Must pass medical examination (including X‑ray)
No serious medical conditions that would hinder job performance
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform routine and complex electrical/electronic maintenance, repairs, and installations
Lead and provide direction to electricians and maintenance mechanics when needed
Read, interpret, and troubleshoot from electrical blueprints and schematics (240V and 480V, 3‑phase systems)
Diagnose and maintain motor control centers, circuits, control loops, switchgear, relays, and more
Use diagnostic tools such as multimeters, megohm meters, high‑voltage testers, oscilloscopes, etc.
Troubleshoot, read, and edit PLC logic; maintain and interface with automation systems including PLCs, HMIs, robotics, and drives
Perform electrical repairs and preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and facility systems
Maintain clean and safe work areas in accordance with safety policies and procedures
Support and train line mechanics, apprentices, and other employees
Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for documentation and task tracking
Collaborate with team members and promote teamwork in troubleshooting and maintenance events
Perform other related duties as assigned
Key Skills:
PLC troubleshooting and logic editing (Allen‑Bradley required)
High‑voltage electrical systems
Electrical schematics and blueprint reading
Mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication and team collaboration
