Project Coordinator – Supply Chain (HPE – SVC-J)
Job Overview
Oversee supply chain activities associated with customer demand coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely purchase and delivery of product supporting the business.
Duties And Responsibilities
Oversee supply chain operations by analyzing customer demand and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
Effectively communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders—including program managers and buyer/planners—to provide timely updates on shipments, deliveries, and receipts.
Coordinate with suppliers to track product returns and order statuses, ensuring prompt and accurate issue resolution.
Setup and maintain SAP Master data for products purchased.
Special Skills
Strong analytical and data analysis abilities, proficiency in supply chain software like SAP or other ERP systems, and skills in forecasting, inventory management, and logistics. Proficient in MS Office suite.
Competence
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, results-driven environment requiring adaptability and flexibility.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 1 year and up to 5 years of experience in supply chain or related fields.
Education And Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Completion of two years of college or graduation from a two-year technical college with an associate’s degree; or
Bachelor’s degree in business supply chain management, or a related field required.
License(s) Or Certificate(s) Required (if Applicable)
Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) is a plus.
