Day in the Life As a Shift Leader you’ll collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team, set the morale and tone of the restaurant, and coach team members as needed. You’ll open and close the store with minimal supervision, maintain a clean and safe environment, and ensure the quality of all food and beverages served.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years or older
Must be able to work varied hours/days, including early hours (as early as 3 AM) and weekends
Must pass a background check as required by local, state, and federal law
Must possess or acquire a ServSafe Certification prior to completing leadership training
Possession of a current, valid, state‑issued driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations)
Tip eligibility subject to state regulations
Additional benefits eligibility is subject to position guidelines at the time of hire
