What’s a day in the life of a Shift Leader Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager, motivate the team, set morale, provide feedback and coach members. They open and close the store with minimal supervision, ensure food quality, maintain a safe and clean environment, and drive guest experience. As a Shift Leader, you can grow your career; many General Managers began as Shift Leaders.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
18 years or older
Ability to work varied hours, early shifts (starting 3 AM) and weekends
Pass background check per applicable law
Possess or acquire ServSafe Certification before leadership training
Valid, state‑issued driver’s license preferred (required only at certain locations)
Tip eligibility subject to state regulations
Additional benefits eligibility subject to position guidelines at time of hire
