Key Responsibilities Event Setup and Breakdown:
Assist with the physical setup of events, including equipment, seating, and décor.
Ensure all materials and equipment are properly stored after events.
Event Execution:
Support event activities, including coordination with vendors and staff.
Address any on-site issues promptly and effectively.
Logistics:
Manage inventory and logistics related to event equipment.
Coordinate transportation and delivery of materials.
Customer Service:
Interact with clients and guests professionally.
Ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the event.
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Experience in event operations or hospitality preferred.
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
