Compensation:

$110,000 annually + travel reimbursement + benefits

About The Role Unrivaled Sports is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Regional Operations Manager to oversee and elevate restaurant operations across three high‑volume sports and event destinations. Each location serves athletes, families, and spectators year‑round. This role ensures operational consistency, financial performance, and a guest experience aligned with our hospitality culture.

The ideal candidate is based in Northern California to support Twin Creeks Sports Complex and Big League Dreams Manteca, but Las Vegas‑based candidates will also be considered. It is a hands‑on role with regular travel between sites, requiring a leader who develops strong teams, establishes repeatable systems, and thrives in dynamic, event‑driven environments. All five restaurants will undergo renovations in 2026, offering an exciting opportunity to drive real impact across Unrivaled Sports’ West region food and beverage department.

Key Responsibilities Multi‑Site Operational Leadership

Oversee daily food & beverage operations across:

Big League Dreams Las Vegas – 2 themed restaurants

Big League Dreams Manteca – 2 themed restaurants

Twin Creeks Sports Complex (Sunnyvale) – 1 restaurant

Drive consistency in service standards, menu execution, guest engagement, and operational workflows.

Implement scalable SOPs to optimize efficiency across all venues.

Ensure dining areas and kitchens are clean, safe, and well‑maintained.

Team Development

Lead, train, and mentor restaurant managers, supervisors, and staff.

Partner on recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and performance management.

Build a positive, accountable culture rooted in hospitality and teamwork.

Develop high‑performing leaders capable of running strong, independent shifts.

Financial + Operational Performance

Monitor food and labor cost metrics, revenue performance, and profitability targets.

Improve cost controls through ordering discipline, portioning, waste reduction, and staffing models.

Review weekly financial reporting and translate insights into operational action.

Develop menu strategies and promotions aligned with seasonal or tournament‑based demand.

Quality, Safety & Brand Standards

Ensure compliance with local health codes, food safety protocols, and internal policies.

Maintain consistent product quality, food presentation, and portion standards.

Implement ongoing training for safety, sanitation, service, and guest experience.

Lead proactive loss prevention and safeguarding of assets.

Guest Experience

Create a welcoming, family‑friendly dining environment.

Resolve escalated guest concerns quickly and professionally.

Maintain service standards that reflect the energetic and community‑focused environment of each complex.

Qualifications

5+ years of multi‑unit restaurant management or high‑volume F&B operations experience.

Experience leading both FOH and BOH operations.

Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, cost control, P&L, and labor planning.

Ability to travel regularly between Northern California and Las Vegas locations.

Hands‑on, field‑first leadership approach – comfortable working weekends during tournaments or peak events.

Strong communicator and coach who develops others into strong leaders.
