About Us: Bloom Yoga & Nature-Based Therapy is Maui’s only mobile, nature-based pediatric OT practice. We combine traditional occupational therapy with a holistic, child-centered approach that honors neurodiversity, nature connection, and family-centered care. We believe in flexibility, work–life balance, and avoiding burnout while delivering meaningful support to kids and families across Maui.

What You’ll Do: Provide Occupational Therapy services to children (infants through adolescents) in their home, school, or community settings. Conduct assessments and evaluations — physical, sensory, developmental, and functional — to identify strengths, needs, and functional goals. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, using evidence-based techniques and creative, developmentally tailored interventions (fine/gross motor, sensory processing, self-care, daily living, adaptive skills). Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals (teachers, therapists, community providers) to support holistic development and generalization of skills. Provide education, support, and training to families/caregivers to help integrate OT strategies into daily routines and environments. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and communications, in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards. Occasionally participate in mentorship/training, work collaboratively with other providers or assistants, and engage in continuing professional development.
