Staff Needed: One (1) Strength and Conditioning Coach

Qualifications:

• DOE Certification Requirements (including volunteer coaches) must have one of the two certifications:
  • ?New Jersey Teacher's Certification
  • New Jersey Instructional Substitute Credential (30 College Credits)
• Proof of experience required for Substitute Certificate holder.
• Coaching experience preferred but not required.
• Must be available daily during the winter sports season.
• All coaches must hold a current (valid) adult CPR/AED and Basic First Aid Certification.
• All courses that the DOE approves for certification are acceptable.
• All new coaches (starting 2007-2008 school year) must complete the NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching Course before their first employment as a coach. This course is a one-time requirement.
• All coaches must complete the NFHS Concussion in Sports Course, renewed annually.
• All coaches must complete the NFHS Heat Illness Prevention Course, renewed annually.
• All coaches must complete the NFHS Implicit Bias Course. This course is a one-time requirement.
• All coaches must complete the BeNice Program. This course is a one-time requirement.

Salary: $3,051.00
