A hospital system in Staten Island is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join their team.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday with 1 Saturday per month
- Hours: 9am-5pm
- Setting: Outpatient primary care, opportunity to work with residents if desired
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services for the adult population
- Maintain complete and accurate medical records
- Provide quality clinical diagnostic skills in the delivery of patient care
- Review all test results and recommend suitable management for the patient, including but not limited to, preventive health recommendations and habits
- Prescribe medications and formulate ongoing treatment and disease management plans
- Participate in medical staff educational programs and meetings
Qualifications:
- New York medical license
- Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine
