Lead our well‑established Pediatric Critical Care practice at The Children's Medical Center at Summerlin Hospital Medical Center in Summerlin, NV. Oversee a 16‑bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) with an average daily census of 10. Coordinate full pediatric subspecialty support. Manage the busy sedation service. Supervise the pediatric inpatient floor, which has 29 med/surg beds and 12 dedicated hematology/oncology beds covered by our affiliated group of pediatric hospitalists. Ensure the dedicated pediatric Emergency Department functions effectively. Provide the only Pediatric Hematology/Oncology services in Southern Nevada. Involve resident teaching opportunities. Maintain a state‑of‑the‑art facility delivering high‑quality, family‑centered care. Qualifications

Board‑certified Pediatric Intensivist (BC) with experience in a similar role. Benefits and Compensation
