Project Manager II – Customer Success & Implementations Location:

Summary:
We’re seeking a Project Manager II to lead customer‑facing implementation and relocation projects across laboratory, production, and onsite service environments. This role drives the planning, coordination, and execution of complex operational transitions while serving as a key liaison between customers, cross‑functional teams, and vendors.
What You’ll Do:
Lead end‑to‑end project management for service implementations, lab/production relocations, and operational transitions.
Develop project scopes, timelines, risk assessments, and resource plans aligned with customer goals and internal standards.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including Lab Services, Production, Supply Chain, Operations, EHS, IT, and Facilities—to ensure seamless delivery.
Act as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency, alignment, and accountability.
Manage all project logistics including equipment moves, lab setups, material transfers, staffing coordination, and vendor support.
Conduct site assessments to confirm readiness and align expectations prior to major project milestones.
Prepare and present project documentation such as status updates, dashboards, budgets, closure reports, and summaries.
Ensure full compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards during all implementation and relocation activities.
Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and drive effective solutions to maintain project momentum and customer satisfaction.
Support vendor management and planning sessions to define scope, deliverables, and performance expectations.
Projects delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
High customer satisfaction and strong service delivery

Compliance with all safety, regulatory, and quality requirements
What You Bring:
2–4 years of experience managing service delivery, implementation, or relocation projects—ideally in lab, life sciences, or manufacturing environments
Strong understanding of project management principles: scope, risk, methodology, and resource planning
Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and customer stakeholders
Familiarity with lab support operations, materials management, EHS, GxP, and facility readiness (a plus)
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills
Strong analytical, logistical, and problem‑solving abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project documentation tools
Ability to travel domestically up to 75%, with occasional non‑standard hours based on project needs
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
