Compensation:
$140,000 – $150,000 per year (based on experience).

The Opportunity
Direct the day-to-day clinical operations of a respected, established hospice program.
Lead, mentor, and support a team of nurses, aides, and field clinicians.
Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations, timely documentation, and best-in-class care standards.
Collaborate across departments including intake, medical directors, and field teams to ensure smooth transitions of care.
Conduct internal audits and support continuous quality improvement.
Foster a culture of accountability, empathy, and professional growth.
Qualifications
Active RN license in the state of California.
5+ years of hospice or palliative care nursing experience.
2+ years in a clinical leadership or case management role.
Deep understanding of hospice regulations, audits, and patient-centered care models.
Proven ability to lead teams with integrity and empathy.
Whats Offered
$140,000 – $150,000 annual salary (based on experience).
Monday through Friday schedule (8 AM – 5 PM).
Cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement.
